                                   Buenos Apple Nachos 

Ingredients
1 small apple
2 or 3 strawberries
1 Tbs. peanut butter
1 Tbs. shredded or flaked coconut (if you like)
1 Tbs. vanilla low-fat yoguart

1. Cut apple into slices, Arrange apple slices on the serving plate. Save until Step3. Chop the strawberries into slices. Save until Step 3.
2.. Put peanut butter in the custard cup. Put in the microwave oven and cook on high about 20 seconds or until thin., but not bubbly.
3. Spoon the peanut butter over apples on plate. Sprinkle with strawberries. If you like, sprinkle with coconut. Top with yougurt. Makes 1 or 2 servings.
