Monday: 5 times each word on lined paper

Tuesday: 10 choice sentences

Wednesday: 5 compound and 5 complex sentences

Thursday: pre-test and study for test on Friday morning


Compound sentences are two sentences joined by: and, or, but
They are not sentences that have a compound subject or object.
Compound Sentence:
We like winter but we do not like the snow. (two sentences joined by but)
The drive to Colorado was very scenic and we really enjoyed the drive up.(two sentences joined by and)

or
Compound object of verb:
My sister likes ice cream and candy.
